Who We Are
The Optimist Shift Foundation is a registered 501 (c)(3) organization dedicated to equipping young people with the skills, confidence, and resources they need to become successful leaders and change-makers.
We provide mentorship programs, entrepreneurship clubs, leadership development workshops, navigating peer pressure, and community service opportunities for young males ages 8-18 in Greenwood, South Carolina.
